Why I have been absent from the forum for the last week or so.

Last Monday (19th) I went to Gibraltar and came back a few days later with two extra people. (bet you can't guess who????)

Oh boy.............. it was so hot there. On Tuesday I went to Casemates Square with grandchildren Daniel and Paris at about 5.30pm for an icecream and it was 34 degrees!!! Needless to say the ice cream ended up it in the bin because it was melting so much.

There is so many post I want to answer but I am only get to have a quick look on the forum when they finally go to bed. Thats after lots of giggles, cuddles and hugs (huggles). I'm sure that I am giving Paris giggle tablets because she doesn't stop giggling. Oh and not forgetting...... after we have Skyped Mummy and Daddy to say hello.

They are here until the middle of August and then mummy is flying out stopping for a few days and then taking my babies back with her. (sob, sob).

We are off to the seaside on Wednesday for a few days so I will be absent again.

So I just want to apolgise for not being active on here but I guess you can all understand that at the moment I have my hands a little bit full.

Love to you all from the tired but very, very happy Nanna x x x x (I'm not a grannie!!!!)

Ooooo how lovely to hear from you Paula, I have been missing you! xx

34 degrees ~ Phew!!

Hope you have some lovely times but don't forget to spinkle in a few restful adventures, i prescribe a couple of dvd afternoons all snuggled up together - with nibbles and refreshments close at hand. There's nothing like it! I have already watched Toy Story 2 and Finding Nemo like this and it's great!

... I just had the best day yesterday with my friend's son who has autism - we spent the afternoon by a little brook ~ he was splashing about having a whale of a time whilst I was sunbathing and relaxing xx

Can't wait to hear your updates, dont stop giggling!

Lots of Huggles ~ from Liz xxXxx

That's the best thing ever, Paula. I hope you all have a great time in the next few weeks. I expect you'll be shattered though.

We're going up to Lancashire to look after my granddaughter Emily in a couple of weeks, while her mummy and daddy are working. I can't wait! I know it will be hard work, but not as hard as when they come here (which they did a couple of week ago). I don't care, it's well worth it, and I can catch up with rest later.

Hi Paula

Have a really lovely time with the children but don't forget the odd rest here and there!

Take care
